From the initial idea through event day, we’re with you every step of the way. We’ll manage the venue, vendors, budget, timeline, design, and all the details in between, while keeping you involved in the decisions that matter.

Partial Planning
You’ve already started planning, and we’ll step in to help bring everything together. We’ll review what’s in place, fill in the gaps, coordinate with vendors, and make sure everything is ready for event day.

Day-of Coordination
You’ve done the planning, and we’ll take it from there. We’ll manage the timeline, vendors, setup, and details on event day so everything runs smoothly and you can enjoy it.

Who's behind it
I've always loved making plans and people come together.
Hi, I'm Ndeyanta, the founder of made to gather.
Planning and organizing have always been things I genuinely enjoy - taking an idea, thinking through the details, and watching it come to life. But what I love most is bringing people together for an event or experience they never forget.
I'm the person who loves a good spreadsheet, a thoughtful plan, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Planning celebrations of my own showed me just how much I love the process of creating something meaningful, bringing all the little pieces together, and seeing everything we had envisioned come to life.
I'm an engineer by education and a product manager by day, so organization, problem-solving, and turning ideas into reality are already a big part of what I do. made to gather is an extension of that and an opportunity to do more of what I love: meet new people, bring their ideas to life, and make sure that when it's time to gather, they can be fully present while we handle everything behind the scenes.

How far ahead should I book?
The earlier, the better, especially for full planning. That said, timelines vary, so feel free to reach out even if your event is coming up soon.
What kinds of events do you plan?
Birthdays, anniversaries, naming ceremonies, graduations, showers, corporate events, and other occasions worth gathering for.
Can you plan an event outside of Atlanta?
Absolutely. We’re based in Atlanta, but we’re happy to travel and work with clients planning events elsewhere.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on the service, size, and needs of your event. Once we learn a little more about what you’re planning, we’ll provide pricing based on what you need.
